Parkview Apartments

Very poor management. They don't return your deposit. They make up a million excuses to avoid giving you your money back. Zero recommendations. The common areas are full of trash and dog feces. They don't maintain them. The garbage is visible to everyone in the complex. Zero security... in short, DO NOT RENT HERE.

This community has done a complete flip these last few months. The property manager is amazing, she really cares about the property and the tenants, maintenance is on point. The tenants are friendly and seem to enjoy living here.

I applied for an apartment here and never received any follow-up or returned calls, despite multiple attempts to contact the leasing office. That lack of communication alone raised concerns. After viewing the photos and hearing about firsthand experiences, I'm relieved I didn't move in. Unfortunately, a friend of mine did sign a lease—despite my warnings—and it turned out to be a nightmare. She dealt with persistent issues including roach infestations, ongoing leaks, and what appeared to be black mold. These are serious health and safety concerns. The property also seemed to have multiple code violations, yet management failed to address them appropriately. Lisa who handles the leasing is absolutely phenomenal, my situation was I need to move asap but then there was an issue on my end, when all was sorted out, Lisa made it happen and understood. I am more than grateful and pleased with how I was treated!!

Moved in a few months ago and things have been going smooth. The new management is very helpful. Enjoying living here so far. Dog park is a huge bonus for me
