I have never left a review for a company, but ANTHONY at SIM REI deserves my first. He delivers excellent customer service and was very helpful in the process of searching for a home. He - and SIM REI - may be the only real estate/property management company I've ever interacted with that actually treated me like a human being and was actually helpful. If you are looking for a home in the central FL area, I cannot recommend SIM REI enough.

He was consistent in communicating what was needed at each step, making the entire process stress-free. Additionally, the office staff, particularly Nicole and her team, were fantastic. They were always available to answer my calls and address any questions I had, ensuring that all my concerns were promptly resolved. Absolutely phenomenal property management! I lived in El Sereno apartments for 2+ years and had the best experience. The property was kept clean and well-maintained, including lighting in the courtyard which made me feel safe and landscaping regularly. Their maintenance team was extremely responsive, always quick to tend to any issue I had. The apartments themselves are all remodeled so there weren't many issues with all the new appliances. Wesley and Anthony offer superb customer service and I highly recommend them for any of your property needs!

While I would like to leave a great review about Sem Rei & their employees, However that is not the case. We rented from Sem Rei for almost 2 years & almost from the VERY START, there were issues. Our back GLASS DOOR wouldn’t lock, you could just open the door free wil. We put in a “maintenance request” & when their maintenance man Scott came out, he checked the door & said he needed to order a part .. & left my door as is for a week. Scott finally came back , to my impression they were fixing the LOCK, come to find out they didn’t fix the lock or the door because the cost was to much. They had Scott CUT OFF the bottom lock & he then said it would lock & IT DIDNT! We constantly brought this up how the door wasn’t secure & they never addressed it again leaving me & my family with a door th
