Club at Eustis Apartments

Me and my family just moved here recently and the office team was so great with me and my family. They made us feel welcome here at club Eustis. Everyone was prompt with my move-in. Everyone was very sweet. Very nice. It gave me and my family, a vibe of warmth caring I would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a safe community close to everything and clean

Sosa is an amazing maintenance technician. Always very prompt and comes the same day if not the next day after I put in a request. Very knowledgeable and keep our community looking amazing!

The administration does not care of the concern about vehicle safety. I’m writing this review about my refund that they keep for transfer fees which they shouldn’t have. I called on 1/2/2026 left a message for the manager Dianna to call me. On 1/5/2026 stop by th office left a message for Dianna the manager again. On 1/10/26 I emailed Dianna. As of 1/26/26 the manager Dianna has not contacted me. So I’m taking legal action. Next to the court house. I’m here to change my review about the manager Dianna there was a misunderstanding which she took care of it right away thanks so much.

Luis, the maintenance manager, was amazing! He responded quickly to my request and took care of everything in an efficient and professional manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure the job was done right the first time. I really appreciate his excellent service, definitely 5 stars!

Danielle is absolutely, hands down the best Leasing Manager we’ve met. She was extremely sweet, understanding and patient with me and my partner while applying for our new place. She took her time showing us the apartment and helped us when we were stuck and a bit confused. Her communication is absolutely amazing and fast! We’ve never had such a great experience and comforting experience applying for apartments during crazy times. Thank you so much! <3
