This place is filthy management here is horrible the woman in the office(Shay) is disrespectful & she harasses the resident and their guest she needs to be fired. This place has Bedbugs, Gnats , Fleas & Ticks they hardly do inspections DON’T MOVE HERE! the elderly resident & guest always defecate & urinate in the building all the time drugs are being sold in this place dont move here !!!!

I am disabled iam in a wheelchair I have other medical issues I have a care taker that I have to have 24/7 but my caretakers not 62 yrs old they denied me my application..that's not fare I can't take care of myself I need assistance and they tell me no..... discrimination because I need help .

Well the elevators could be more cleaner than what it is, plus the areas in the hallways are not clean the hallways carpets needs cleaning very bad.

Do not move into these apartment, Drug sales are rampant, The manager shay barnswell is the most vile and rude human being, do not know how to talk to the senior, just a rude and disgusting human being, more teenagers live here than senior citizens that's where the drug sales come in at, people sneak in late night, management don't care what goes on this place is filthy so not move in here, shay barnswell the manager is disgusting, the manager shay barnwell put flyer under your door saying someone is coming to inspect pull cord fire sprinkler since April nobody has showed up yet, always cut water off in building never tell anybody, the worst manager since I have been here five years, please we can do better, thanks

I spoke with someone at the leasing office over the phone and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The representative was VERY dismissive and rude.
