Park Place Apartments

This is the worst experience living anywhere, I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly unsafe, No maintenance or management for months, HNN relations (higher ups) do not respond, the office barley responds and never knows what’s going on. I moved here in August and since then it’s has been harassing neighbors, theft, stalking, broken tub faucets, broken washer, filthy complex, mold and I can go on! The worst issue is that according to my new lawyer and other residents, the previous tenant in my apartment apparently used to do meth here, and sell. She also overdosed and died in my unit. THE LANDLORD DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO US WHEN WE SIGNED THE LEASE. We have been watched and had our cameras stolen multiple times along with being robbed out front of my unit by tweakers who stole my truck, phone, wal

Huge thanks to the property manager Irie for processing my application quick and smooth. I really loved my apartment and it looks new😍 the area is awesome and I had no problems at all with the apartment. However, I recommend this park place complex a lot of good and friendly neighbors as well.

This has got to be the worst complex to live at. I don’t live at these apartments, but I walk past here almost daily with my dog. It’s such a beautiful setting but management obviously doesn’t care what these people do. There are lease violations all over the place. Constant trash at the dumpsters and all surrounding areas. And there’s about 100 children running loose through throughout this complex on any given day. I’ve witnessed them jumping on cars in the parking lot. Management - you need to do better! This place is awful.

Thanks for our new menager jessica. After a long time and many years of live at park place I was having trouble with rent payments and none of the ex managers were able to fix the problem but they was just give the 30 day notice and they don’t explain they didn’t have time to work with to fix the issue. But now we have a new manager and she is a really good person and she is able to fix the problem that I had I am really grateful for that. And I believe all the residents are happy to have you here Jessica. Thank you again Jessica.

I have been very hesitant to leave a review but after non stop situations living here since 2019 to now still present things around here aren't any better since move in for us! I'd like to say if your in a bad situation financially living here would be worth it. But if you could afford the extra $300 to rent somewhere else I would definitely do so. This complex is full of children who are unaccompanied by adult supervision children under 14 and allowed to run around freely. At times behavioral incidents have happened to frequently and Little is resolved to make it stop! personal property is tampered with by property children. Property management doesn't follow up on Major issues, units aren't fully remodeled like advertised. Some people have made the kindest of people around here into mo
