Rent for 1 bedroom went up to 1,300 month there are so many places that are in way better areas. You can pay 1,300 for a 2 bedroom in Stone Mountain/Tucker. Please do your research.

I moved into one of the newly renovated units a couple of months ago (beginning of May). I had been waiting for the renovations to be completed and was told a couple of weeks before that all was done. Even just a couple of days before I signed the lease and took possession of the keys, I was told by apartment management that my unit had been walked through, checked off and was good to go. BUT ..... When I did get the keys on the first day of the month .... There was NO hot water, NO electricity in the back half of the apartment. The tub/shower was not draining at all .... so no baths or showers for me (The bathroom sink handles were not even hooked up to water.) I am currently living in this complex and hate it!! It is roach infested BADLY!! You will see about 20-30 and that is on a good day. Pest control comes in every Wednesday sprays a spray and leaves until the next week nothing is fixed. I am a clean person and consistently clean my apartment but it does not matter, they are everywhere!! The property does not fix any maintenance issues, I have had the same issues since I moved in and they still have not been fixed. While the new property manager is nice this complex is not worth it you could definitely find something better.

First apartment was a little scared so I brought my mom. A little skeptical because they Are doing renovations but after deciding to stop by Ed made my visit comfortable. I didn't want to lease today but after the hospitality and chips it was awesome.i leased today and I would recommend anyone to move here.

Update: I moved to a renovated unit shortly after posting this. At the time Living In town was the management company. Everything was fine until it rained....my master bedroom closet flooded not once but Everytime it has rained hard enough. Even flooded my dining room, hallway and bathroom. So Living in town left a few months later and RADCO took over. They stayed a couple months then they left now the owners are managing the property. Code enforcement has been out here several times and people are moving out just as quick as they move in. I thought the property was coming up but it seems they aren't concerned with this property but the property Decatur Gardens up the street. It's hit or miss catching someone at the office Code enforcement would be glad to shut this place down as they
