Terrible, leasing management is rude, ruined a 4 year olds b-day party. Staying with a friend here while my apt. is ready and was nit allowed to use the pool without permissiin. The pool was locked even though the hours are clearly posted. Rental office suppose to b open at 8:30 am and is often opened when the " manager" feels like it. Its her personal fifedom and she is the queen. However if u kiss her rather large behind you're golden. Mo. So if that is cool perfect place 4 u.

Nice place to live. Quiet and provides an atmosphere where u can let the kids play and relax. They need to fix the issue with the pool so it can be utilized. Also designated parking assignments wouldn't hurt.

This place is a joke The management is awful the units have a pretty façade but they’re all garbage and there’s no assigned parking so good luck finding a spot next to your staircase if you’re on the third floor and again I would like to add the management is awful they might be in the office and they might answer your phone call but chances are you’ll leave a message that will never be returned and the open sign will be on a lock door to the office you would most likely be happier living in a box on the side of the road then you would spending money at this place. Super nice people just useless

Pretty terrible at communication.. been trying to contact them for a week and a half and I'm getting nowhere. No one in office responds to phone calls or emails and I even emailed the supposed property manager. Only email I've gotten back is to call the number I've been calling or email the property manager. Just wanting to know a simple answer to my question before I'm homeless with 2 kids. And seeing that communication has been a problem for years, it shouldve been fixed by now

Very nice place to live they keep well maintained. The office people are very friendly and efficient. They do a great job making sure that we have a nice place to live. The maintenance guys do a great job making sure that we have a great place to live. They work very hard to keep up the good of us all. The people who live there are fantastic Friendly and helpful and help each other. They all help to keep it up also It all makes it a great place to live. That's the way it should be.
