Ashley is amazing! She helped us get a family member into an apartment asap and was so helpful. Absolutely love it here! Palm Village is the place to be. Friendly and clean environment and great place for kids!

From before even planning the tour to move in day, we have been treated with so much respect and kindness. Staff answered all questions and were consistent in responding via text. Looking forward to completing my lease here!

My experience here has been made so much better by the Leasing team that works here. I moved from Houston and from before I moved in, Kamryn was so accessible and she would even go as far as to send me videos of the apartments and the recent changes made to the property. My move in was very smooth and the maintenance team was so welcoming and accommodating. The community gives a very family friendly vibe and even the staff operate with that same energy. Everyone is so warm and Ashley and the new property manager, Jennifer, have been so kind with anything I’ve ever needed. The rent is super affordable and I was even able to get a military discount. So glad I moved here, there’s many things about the place that make it great! I love the communication from the office and how available the staff makes themselves. Great communication and even better facilities. Everyone from staff to maintenance to other residents are all so friendly.

In my experience, the place isn’t overall terrible. The rooms are a decent size along with the rent being low, and affordable. The maintenance people here are incredibly helpful, fixing everything they can. The management isn’t too bad, but from my experience the only person in the office who is helpful is Amanda. I haven’t really been around the other ladies, but one of them are incredibly rude, and do not help with anything you ask her too. But overall, my experience here wasn’t bad.
