Has really bad mold the mold has been there for years. the apartments holds moisture that has created a very mildewy smell. Not kid friendly its suppose to bebut it's not. Move in at your own risk cheap rent its not worth your health. And crime is too much you never know what's going to happen people are always into stuff there you never know if there's going to be a fight to a shooting etc i do not recommend anyone to visit or live here to hopefully they shut down
I'm looking forward to having a Apt there ! Sweet Manager an Have done so many improvements here ! They have made a Beautiful Community Apt Complex !
Used to work next door, a lot of crimes and shootings here. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on these apartments. They're going out of business pretty soon, anyways.
The baybreeze apartments r nicely redone and r very nice but alot of drug activity coming out of apt 121
Apartment is very nice grounds looks well kept
