The leasing process was extremely easy. Patricia was very knowledgeable about the availability and helping me with seeing if my furniture would fit. She also pulled out her measuring tape so we could see exactly how our could work in this unit. Ms. Lois is a great property manager. Detrick is a very hard worker. He keeps the property trash free and the dumpster area is always picked up. I really appreciate that.

What a great team they have here. Lois, Patricia and Detrick are great! Patricia explained everything very well to me and made me feel at home, so much so that I ended up getting an apt here. They all really go out of their way. It makes a difference compared to other apts in the area. Praise to Lois for making it an easy process here!!

I had a awesome tour this morning, Patricia was so helpful as we toured. She highlighted all of the amenities I was hoping for. The community is clean and quiet and maintenance are very helpful as well. The community is close to my job. I truly believe I am going to love this community. The Property Manager, Lois, offered us to join them for lunch with delicious homemade chili. 😋

I called Meadow Chase looking for my friend and apartment. Ms. Lois, is so sweet and knowledgeable of all of the Specials and availability. She offered for us to come in today to their Fall Open House. As I arrived the community was clean and curb appeal the best I have seen. The Awesome welcome from Patricia just makes you feel right at home. All the Maintenance team, as they came and introduced themselves. I love the Team work they have produced here. My friend will love it here.❤️

Recently moved in. Ladies in the office were nice and made the application smooth. Darrell and the maintenance guys are friendly and responded quickly to issues. So far the area is nice and quiet. The apartment was clean on move in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.
