My wife and I stayed in unit 5 in the Seascape community (675 S Sierra Ave) for a little over a month. The property and community were wonderful - even better than we expected. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for a longer-term stay. You can tell that the owners really work hard at maintaining it. Our favorite parts were the spectacular views of the ocean and the easy, private access to the beach. Most of all, we want to thank Patricia, who we worked with to rent the unit and who could not possibly have done more to give us a wonderful stay. This is the best experience we've had renting a vacation property anywhere.

Pacific Coastal Property has handled our vacation rental for six years. They are a very professionally run company and have a very competent staff. They have provided us with a very favorable experience for our renters. We have quite a few renters that rebook the same time frame ever year.

I would highly advise NOT using this company for purchase or rental - totally unprofessional. Three people manage this office, two of which are the owner and her assistant. Never had a worse experience.
