Silverado Apartments

Lived here 6 months. Relieved to move out 12/1/25. Manager,Nancy refuses to deal with dangerous and threatening neighbors who caused myself and other residents to live in fear. Property poorly run, dumpsters overflow with trash weekly, Manager dos not allow any sense of community. I was shocked with my experiences especially as Silverado is a 55+ senior property. So glad I am now in a much better place

There is a beautiful shade tree that keeps the courtyard cool. The manager and maintenance man are very efficient, quick to response, and friendly. The water shower is horrible. The hot and cold water do not mix correctly, and so you have to be jumping in and out to avoid getting burned and then frozen. I like the new remodel, appliances are good, nice big windows. My car's paint is getting ruined by sun, so I may have to get a car cover. Nice quiet neighbors. But some have stinky cats. If it weren't for the lousy showers, I would give them a 4 or 5.

My sister lives here. It is a residential community of apartments, single floor for adults. All seniors here, it is also a HUD building. ***It does not have garage or covered parking. One friend of my sister's struggles with a car cover daily. (The car will last longer than she will!) I like the community of friends that develops in a place like this. Neighbors look out for one another. The grounds are neat and groomed. There are flowers for color. Nice, friendly people.
