My experience living in these apartments has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. The staff—especially with management people, RASHEDA and CARLEY, show very poor customer service, often speaking rudely and becoming defensive when you bring up legitimate concerns. They charge residents for maintenance request, even when the issue is caused by old, worn-out appliances that should be the property’s responsibility to replace. When you try to discuss these charges, they respond with unprofessional behavior and even make eviction threats instead of helping solve the problem. As a current resident of one month, my best advice to give to anyone looking to move here is: don’t. I can’t believe I’m trapped for a full year in this hellhole. Upon move in (mind you, they told us themselves that this apartment was fully inspected and treated right before move-in) we found our cold water didn’t work in the kitchen, our hot water didn’t work in the bathroom, it looks like somebody punched our light switch in the living room, there was a giant hole in the ceiling in the patio storage room which i’m sure now was home to some kind of hornet’s nest, there were roaches (NEVER had a roach problem before moving here, i’m DISGUSTED!), our top lock would barely lock, there were stains in the carpet, mysterious brown stains in the kitchen cabinets, outlets were broken, and a bug p
