I am extremely disappointed with this property management company. For the amount of rent being charged ($2,000–$3,000 per month), I expected a much higher standard of care and responsiveness. During hours of active snowfall, no one came to shovel or plow. The walkways and parking areas were left untreated, creating unsafe conditions for residents. Snow and ice removal is a basic responsibility of property management, especially at this price point. Additionally, there is a significant and ongoing issue with dog waste throughout the grass areas of the property. While management has sent messages to tenants addressing the problem, the issue continues and appears to be getting worse. Building management is horrible many times not even returning your emails and you have to chase them down at the front office to get a response. When i first moved one of my amazon packages got stolen from the mail room and when I asked them to check the video footage to see who stole it they told me that I had to tell them the exact time my package was stolen as they cant go through a weeks worth of footage.....its not as if they have to watch every single minute non stop they can go day by day to pinpoint when it went missing. The elevator is always broken, it was broken last weekend and it is broken again this weekend. When i brought this up with management they told me that it was normal for new constructions to have elevator issues. How often it is broken does not seem normal. Gues

I completed a first showing at this residence that went well. I booked an additional showing with the leasing agent to see the unit that would be available for my move in date. I'm unsure what happened but there was 0 communication. I showed up and was informed a tour was being completed with another party which I saw being completed. It seem as it was a double booking at the set time or just miscommunication. I waited around for 45 minutes no communication and no showing. Also, with the reviews that is on the page I can see communication would be an issue. The full truth in regards to guest being allowed to park on the street was also not factually.

They will go up on your rent. I live in the townhome. At the time rent was priced reasonable and they were only giving 6 months lease. I found out later that was a lie. Don’t fall for this tactic. The rate will seem reasonable. That’s how they get you. After 6 months, my rent went up $220. This was when they weren’t even done building. Not one amenity given. The gym was not completed. But they went up on rent after 6 months. Then again, a year late. Just received a lease renewal. This time the rent will be going up nearly $500. I’ve been here not even 2 full years and I’ve seen an increase in total nearly $700. Needless to say I am moving this summer. I refuse to pay nearly $3,400 for 2BR 1.5 bath 1 car garage. The building management is very bad. There are not at all bothered to help you fix the issues in the apartment. They dont really care about your concerns. Every issue needs multiple follow ups. The 157th street is very noisy especially because of the construction trucks that drive on the 157th street like a race track. The whole building vibrates due to bad roads on 157th street (in front of the building). Not at all worth the price.
