Rustic Oaks

This place was amazing to me. After going through a hard break up and having to find an apt quickly Chastity was extremely helpful during the leasing process and made everything very streamlined. The apartment was VERY clean and if anything needed maintenance their crew was quick to respond and take care of any issues. My lease is up and I'll be moving on but after i cleaned the apt I'll be receiving my full deposit back with no hassle. My neighbors were very quiet too and the apartments are fairly well insulated so I rarely heard them (I was on the second floor mind you). Honestly the best experience I've had with an apt and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you to Chastity especially and the team that made a difficult time in my life easier! 😊

Cannot afford to renew due to the large increase in rent... I would like to state first that on site management and maintenance are friendly and helpful. They do a great job of addressing issues and keeping the grounds and buildings in good shape. During my 2 years here, my neighbors and residents in other buildings on the property have been wonderful! ... However, the property is owned by a corporation that is driven by money. They do not know the residents or care that individuals and families cannot keep up with the frequent increases in rent. I have lost neighbors due to this and, unfortunately, I have found myself forced to seek out a more affordable residence elsewhere. Management and staff are great. However, I have had numerous packages that were delivered stolen. I reported the issue and as of today there has not been any emails/ signs posted about stealing other tenants packages.

Earlier today I got to preview these apartments. They're great . Teressa Dean was the manager that lead the tour and was sharp and fast with her facts. She knew the history and predictable future for each unit. Teressa could even focus her help on us and solve current residents hiccups ensuring proper professionalism with every task. The overall experience was confidence building and optimal with the site and staff. 👍

I’ve had a great experience living here. I’ve been here for 2 years and have had no problems whatsoever. The staff is kind, the neighbors always speak when they see you walking, it’s so quiet with the exception of times children are playing or the variety of music the neighbors listen to on occasion. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
