Oak Terrace Apt Rental

Each building is owned by different landlords, so theres different experiences for different buildings. The pool is shut down as of 2 years ago. The tennis court looks unusable but I don't really drive past there much. The worst parking ever over here. Sooo many times I've gotten home late at night from work and there are no spots anywhere near my building. The garages are also owned by separate people, and there's no assigned parking. Maintenance doesn't have respect for anyone else's time, say they are coming and then don't. Possibly understaffed for maintenance. It's overall pretty quiet over here tho.

Mr.Gozzi is a very great Landlord, maintenance is awesome and fast. Issues are resolved fast. Different owners for different properties I had a great experience with the owner that maintained my building 15701!

Imagine going back to look at an unit. The landlord gets upset because of what was told to you. You return to the office to explain looking for at least an apology. And you’re told their going to call the cops. You weren’t being rude nor disrespectful. Do Not Rent From Here

Terrible maintenance dept. Those in charge are rude and disrespectful. I have waited over a year for a part for my window. They make appointments and then don't show up.No respect for other people's time.

Horrible, had water damage since the month after I've moved in and they've done nothing. Maintenance man is useless. Now I have mold. Don't move here, these people don't care.
