He was super kind and gave both my client and me so much peace throughout the process. Andrew’s customer service is one of the top reasons my client chose this location as home. Keep up the great work! This is a great place to rent from.

Apartment hunting is not always the easiest and can be very stressful! I personally DO NOT enjoy it, but then I walked into this location in Richmond, and met Susana Hernandez!! She couldn't have made this a more pleasurable and easy process. She handled almost everything on my behalf and in less than 30 days, I have moved into a clean, safe, and overall perfect apartment for me. All the staff I have encountered have been professional but also seemed "real". It's nice to live in a place where you are not just a number! I highly recommend Olympus at Waterside Estates and even more recommend working with Susana Hernandez!!

I’ve had such a great experience at Olympus Waterside Estates! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. Susan, Leo, and Andrew are absolutely amazing — they’re always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always clean and inviting. It truly feels like home here. Highly recommend Olympus Waterside Estates to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

The leasing office will sign you up to be messaged by residents even for just a tour. Very weird and unprofessional in my opinion. There is a level of professionalism expected when giving out private information. I went to cancel what they signed me up for and it had full name and email. Hopefully they cannot see all of that!! I did not expect to get so many messages from residents. Two from the same person at that and more from others. It should be an option and not automated sign up. I cancelled after this so cannot comment on apartments themselves.

Susanna Hernandez, is excellent her understanding and helping you be a welcome resident us a God blessing... She asst you though it All. We need more people who understand and do it with a positive attitude with a smile. Thank you
