The lady that runs the office (ms. Kisha) is so sweet, attentive to the residents, is very prompt when it comes to getting work orders put in or anything fixed in the unit. The building is always clean, quiet and well maintained. Oh and water is included

The property manager is awesome. Very professional and willing to help in any way possible. The property it self is very nice. Great amenities. Quiet and Veteran friendly

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The urban industrial aesthetic of the lofts immediately appealed to me and as a single resident in a one bedroom apartment, I have plenty of room in a space that doesn't feel like a bleak box. For the rent price you can't beat the amenities including a washer, dryer, AND dishwasher are all available in the unit. Management and Maintenance are usually very friendly and personable. Neighbors tend to be quite nice and the sound pollution is minimal. On more than one occasion, I've recommended to those searching for affordable apartments to look into Ogilvie Hardware Lofts.

I have been a resident here for approximately 6 months and my experience has been that Ms. Keisha has been phenomenal as a manager here at Ogilvie and her versatility is outstanding in the way she has been able to navigate and anticipate needs of the residents in our community and handle complex issues surrounding the safety, security, and vitality of the quality of life with the residents higher needs at the forefront of her mission to make living here an unforgettable experience Thank You! I love my apartment and my complex family. New manager Ms Kesha is great! Really doing a great job trying to get everything maintenance done. My only problem is that we have not been able to use the pool all summer and won't get to use it the rest of the summer.
