Warning to African American renters: Proceed with caution. My partner and I (both African American) recently inquired about leasing a space at the Edgewood location for a spa. We were shown the property by Todd stated that if we emailed him he would provide us with the next steps. We followed his instructions and sent over our email as requested—but then, complete silence. No follow-up. No response to emails calls, or texts. After more than a week with no contact, my partner asked a white colleague to inquire about the same space. Not only did she get a prompt response, but she was also guided through the process that we were essentially shut out of. Don’t know what the bad reviews are about.. I’m the NOT ideal client for a realtor. NO experience renting commercially and absolutely no clue on any of the terms, know how or how to even act when negotiating with a landlord. Fisher was my agent and they were incredibly, INCREDIBLY patient and helpful. My work with them lasted over 4 months of receiving properties, checking them out until one day Fisher sent me the absolute perfect spot for me. It took a while, but I have niche needs that they were happy to help me out with. Basically, I’m so confused about these other reviews. I had every silly / stupid question possible to ask and he answered it with patience and grace. Buyer beware this company has vendors that fix up their properties to sell then they never pay the vendor. I would not trust this company or extend them any credit terms.

It was a mess… awful communication with lots of excuses to end with a faulty “credit check” system which I never received an inquiry for and each time I was sent the verification, the properties address was in place where it was supposed to be mine. Ending in a error message ( May have been on purpose)…Was sent a decline due to credit immediately after. When asked what was wrong with my credit I was told they weren’t able to tell me. Lots of lost time due Steve W. constant absence from illnesses to vacation then never knowing his clients application processes. Huge disappointment!!

Amazing. I'm not even a client yet and they are terrible people. Went to look at two properties to potentially rent. First of all, they are pretty run down and need a good amount of work. Second, the sales guy shows up, is rude, and leaves after 15 minutes. We didn't even get to see the 2nd property!? For everyone else's benefit - their price/sqft is high, particularly for the quality of the property. You can go down the street to the much nicer high-rise offices and get basically the same price.
