Mills Creek Crossing

I would not recommend Mills Creek Crossing Apartments based on my experience with the leasing manager, Ariel. Her attitude is extremely nasty and unwelcoming. From the moment I interacted with her, she was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. When you’re looking for a place to call home, you expect respect and courtesy — especially from management. Unfortunately, Ariel does not represent this property in a positive way at all. Customer service matters, and the way potential and current residents are treated should be a top priority. I hope management addresses this issue because no one should feel disrespected simply for asking questions or seeking assistance.

Ms. Latasha Prewitt assisted me with all of my questions and was very helpful and friendly. The move in process was awesome. Lovely property! Very quiet and well maintained. Highly recommend

I want to thank Danay(management) for patiently waiting on me with the best attitude and caring motives to fix my rent cafe. She really works hard to fix whatever need to be fixed. That’s what we need here is someone to come and turn bad situations into good ones. She did just that! Thank you Dana and glad to have you here with us ! I have been here over a year and looking forward to more greatness!

Been here for a year and some months The Community that I live in is Is not up to code ever since they changed management The property has declined tremendously with overflowing trash out of the trash compactor with a abundant amount of cats Spreading trash The parking is horrible and all over the place in the establishment cars constantly get blocked in and not able to move The gated community is invariably always open The groundsmen no longer pressure washes and keeps Debris clean from breezeways

So I thought the new management was gonna be a good 1 I asked her 3 questions is the gate broke and when would be it fixed because I saw suspicious people that I've never saw before around our cars she told me to report it to the police boom okay I thought I was supposed to report to management but oooookay cool... the second question was if I'm moving in to another apartment can we avoid late fee because I have to pay for movers and Etc she said no everything will be charged on the 7th and I said I thought it would be charged on the 6th and she got smart mouthed she said it seems like you have all the answers like what am I calling for then? and I asked her was she having a good day she said I'm having a great day it was a nice nasty attitude that she had it wasn't welcoming at all this w
