Novato 325 Rowland, LLC

I have been living at 325 Rowland LLC for over three years and I am consistently impressed by the exceptional management and maintenance of this apartment complex. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and meticulously cared for, creating a serene and welcoming environment. The management team, led by Lisa and her assistant Julia, is truly outstanding. They are highly responsive, handling any issues immediately and maintaining excellent communication with residents. I have never had to wait for a response or for any questions or requests to be addressed. The apartments themselves are spotless! My wife and I absolutely love it here. The location is great - our apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains, and in the mornings we get to see the ducks flying over to the nearby pond. There are also some neighborhood hawks that soar overhead, which is amazing to watch. The grounds are really well-maintained, the whole place has a peaceful feel to it. The management team has been fantastic. They're very hands-on and responsive anytime we've needed something. The maintenance crew keeps everything in great shape too, free of ants, spiders and all other bugs. We feel safe and right at home here. It's just been an all-around great experience living at 325 Rowland Blvd LLC. I'm grateful we found this place.

It is the spirit and work ethic of the Latino resident/workers (Juan) that keep this place one of the best apts. in Novato. The challenge of maintenance, i.e. plumbing, electrical et al in a fully concrete structure is a challenge. This building will NEVER burn down, and it might survive a nuclear holocast!😜

I have lived at 325 Rowland for many years. Their maintenance is great and the building is very quiet. The residents here are working, mostly professionals, and friendly.

I lived here for a 12 month lease over a year ago. Although I appreciated the quick availability of move in dates I do feel as though I was moved into a unit that was not ready, please know that this might have been a unique situation that could have just happened to me but the floors had sanding remnants on them still, I was missing a cabinet (that I continued to not have for the majority of my lease), my garbage disposal did not work, my heater did not work, and only 1 outlet was functional. There is also no ventilation (especially in my unit as I am unsure about others) which is why there is a humidifier you are required to use. However even with the humidifier running 24/7 (which was hard because of how small they are and how fast they fill) the walls would still drip with condensatio
