Bay Vista at Meadow Park

I have been living at Novato Bay Vista apartments over the last 3 years, Its a great small community to live in, Great location, Very clean, There is always 3 or 4 professional maintenance crew consistently providing service to residents, Outside property always well maintained, every time you call for maintenance the response time would be mostly within the same day, Management and office staff very professional. For what we pay as rent and what we get back for that money there is no comparison, Yes, There is significant parking problem, But not due to lack of parking space, there is over 200 extra parking spaces available to use, But here is the problem, Every family own 2-6 cars and i seen some cars been parked there for an extended period of time just use as storage, And the security c
