Meadows Apartments

We have lived here for 2 years. Tina has always been clear, kind, and willing to help us to the best of her ability. She does a great job of clearly communicating what we (residents) can expect and maintains organization and standards through the community. I know that I can reach out at anytime and she will do her best to resolve the issue.

I have lived at this property since 2009, it has always been a well managed place, clean, safe, and with rules and city regulations in place in order to maintain an excellent quality of life for all tenants. Our manager, Tina is always professional, qualified (experienced with the department of housing) and competent, problems are addressed in a timely matter. I recommend this place it has many features (pool, jacuzzi, clean laundry room, nice gardens, pet friendly)

I often talk with my friends and family about how much I absolutely love the Meadows. It's time I review it! The atmosphere is respectful, and the environment is beautiful and well kept. Tina is a professional and fair manager that is very informative, compassionate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Tina is absolutely insane! She finds the most random issues during “apartment inspections” and will even five months later email you about an issue that she just happened to forget about. She’s super unprofessional and these apartment inspections seem like a way for management to just look through your things. Tina will also stalk you and keep multiple tabs on your whereabouts or people that are living with you. She has no common decency and her mass emails crying about parking or the garbage being full are ridiculous.

Management is highly unfair, could be improved. I feel unwelcome in my own home. Feel like they target certain residents.
