Can someone please do something about the lack of proper air conditioning/ heating that is apparently a rampant concern on the property. I know it can't be fixed overnight, but I need reassurance that corporate leadership is aware and actually doing something about it because as a paying resident, I should not have to live in the heat and now that winter is approaching with the cold kicking in no heat. It’s uncomfortable and I’m 8 months pregnant with small children in the home. Imagine using the oven to keep the house warm so nobody gets sick. Maintenance has stopped by many times over the summer and told me I wouldn’t receive air in my back rooms because the air ducks might be blocked and haven’t had it done for awhile. I wouldn't recommend moving to this property even if it were free. The neighbors make noise all night and day, they steal packages from your doorstep, they have pets, they don't clean, the whole building smells like urine. You pay to live in a place where there's no respect. You file a complaint at the office and all they do is reveal your identity. I'm planning to move out of this area so I can post all the photos and videos I have. A situation like this is incredibly stressful.

I have lived in this apartment for two years. If you are planning on moving in, or have been here for years. You have to hire your own exterminator. When I first moved into my apartment I seen mice the first day. I hired an exterminator the same day and haven’t had a problem since. The rental office barely answers the phone for its residents, so if you need anything you will have to go into the rental office in person. My electric bill is super high in the Summer months totaling over $400 dollars a month because the AC Unit needs to be replaced, but in the Winter months it’s usually under $100 dollars. Very poor communication as stated in other reviews. Refered a friend and his wife (never received referral money, although I've been told they're gonna send me my referral money...it's been over a year). A month after the friend and his wife moved in, someone shot through his child's window and the bullet ended up in the master bedroom. Took maintenance several weeks to fix the window. Months later, someone shot through the entrance door to my building (see photos). Don't even think about trying to call or emailing someone, its just a lost cause. If ur tryin to communicate with someone, U MUST GO TO THE OFFICE, because they WILL NOT respond to phone calls or emails.
