North Bay Landing

My experience here has been phenomenal! The apartments and the community here at North Bay Landings are nice! Devona and Mary in the office are absolutely amazing and easy to communicate with! The maintenance crew is outstanding as well! I appreciate all the hard work and dedication of the employees to make our stay here pleasurable. I just renewed my lease for another year!

Worse decision of my life! Spent 3 weeks here! Literally!! I was bounded by the 60 days notice and just want to get these people behind me! (I couldn’t even stay for the 60 days) Bugs were climbing up the walls and we were fighting with fruit flies that went from the toilet to the kitchen buzzing in our food!! I hated the apartment the minute I walked through the door! Do not sign any lease until they show the apartment u are getting!! Do not fall for that “ we’ll have to get the cleaners to clean up before you can go in bs” the cleaners went in and there were signs that the apartment was not used for a while. We didn’t even move in anything. Tried to get a new apartment because the windows were horrible! Either they hid them behind the bedhead during our tour and or I am stupid but neith

I have just signed my third lease. I moved in 7/21/23 and have been very happy here. My apartment is gorgeous. I am a single older women and feel very safe here. The staff in the front office and maintenance are stellar! Communication with Mary is wonderful and she responds almost immediately. Alyssa is wonderful and maintenance responds very quickly! The people in my building are quiet and respectful!

My stay at North bay landing has been overall phenomenal with it being a fairly new complex and all. The office is always well put together a clean an seems to always be able to accommodate any an every problem. I also love that the office manager Mary always goes the extra mile making herself accessible at all times during office hours. And the food trucks that she collaborates with are always the highlight of my day.

I’m a Fire Inspector and have conducted inspections at this facility. The staff are consistently friendly, organized, and professional. Manager Mary and her associate Devona were proactive and responsive to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a property that truly takes care of its residents’ needs.
