From the Beginning Nicole showed us her professionalism, confidence and her knowledge in her field, answering all of our questions and guiding us through our house selling process. Within a few days on the market our house already had a buyer. Even after major setbacks, Nicole mitigated our concerns and stayed confident that things would get done as expected. From finding contractors, finanicial discussions, seeking second opinions, and scheduling, she handled everything like a professional. Everything was handled remotely without having to make a trip back to FL. We are very happy to have been introduced to Nicole, and we strongly recommend her.

Wish I could put more than 5 stars. We are from out of state and really felt nervous going in blind but Nicole took care of EVERYTHING and was so helpful and kind and easy to work with. Never trying to upsell and genuinely had our best interest in mind and pointed things we didn’t notice. If we ever move we WILL use her again!

I think I met the best realtor in Florida. started cold calling find a realtor to sell my mom‘s house in Deltona Florida. After Several phone calls.
