I had a very disappointing experience with Nicola Hughes, realtor in Deltona. She was NOT honest about the rent, trying to charge more than what was initially agreed upon. Additionally, she attempted to collect money from me earlier than what was stipulated by the property owners. Communication with her was poor, especially regarding when people were coming to do improvement work on the property. Nicola seems to make decisions solely based on her convenience. Nichola is not available at weekends. Overall, her lack of transparency, communication and unprofessional behavior made the entire process very stressful. I would not recommend her services. I have been renting from Hughes Homes Realty for 3 years. They were fast to responding during hurricane issues. They had someone out fixing the house and cleaning up the yard right away! Pam is currently looking to find a forever home for my family. She also had a person to help fix my credit problems. Someone answers each time I call with any questions. They are knowledgeable and care about my family. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent!
