Great program for low income families. To get in income must be lower than 31000, rent starts at 656. Homes are 3 bedroom, two bathroom, 1 garage space duplexes with fun home colors. Places are roomy, have a community room, play ground, Christmas gift program, and a school supply program. After 2 years 5 percent of your rent goes toward a down-payment for a home. Rent includes bug control, and yard work.

No lock on garage doors so lack of security. Came home and found a homeless man asleep in my garage. Have begged for a lock for months. Not as clean as it used to be. Police here all the time. Cars parked all over and on the lawns. Not as nice as it was with the previous owners and manager. They cared about the people that live here. Not finding that to be true any more. Very saddened by everything. Don't know where online to pay my rent and no one seems to want to help me with that either. I have lived here for 5 years and never had anything stolen. Now I have had my brand new 50 ft hose stolen my hose holder stolen right off my patio and they took my spray nozzle and threw it in the bushes! Definitely not a place to move to.

The old manager Jeanie was awesome! She kept the place clean and made sure the tenants were decent. She is no longer in charge! This place has turned into a nasty neighborhood. The apartments have roaches. People park their cars in the middle of the road or on the grass in front of houses. Kids of all ages roam the place unsupervised causing trouble and vandalizing property. Cops are called frequently. New management is very hands off. There is no attention paid to trouble tenants and there is often garbage all over the complex.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Lived here for 3 years and new property management came in beginning of this year and everything changed. From harassing numerous tenants, loosing peoples money, to false documentation and taking people through court, going through tenants personal belongings during their check ins, trash is everywhere. I could go on and on. New maintenance people park on the grass and do as they please. Same people who own Magnolia village in Inverness. Money hungry people who have no care for anybody, but themselves. Only in the office one day per week week for 5 hours and never answers the phones or responds to missed calls when there’s tenants who need to be in touch with them. Save your money up and rent a normal place! Not worth it nor is the harassment or lies.

The new management team is awful. So many issues here. I'm on my 8th lease. It seems like this place has gone to the dumps. People that live here do what ever they want, parking issue is horrible. Every morning I wake up and my neighbors think the street in front of my place is their parking lot. Kids run around distroying stuff. Ex. Graffiti at the park tables. I haven't had a fridge in 3 wks. I've called multiple times no answer no a follow up. I was told a week ago they had to deal with an eviction first haven't heard anything since. I needed an air filter Laura the manager said she needed a size. I called and left a size . It's been over a week no filter. I pass by the office no one is ever there.
