Nantucket Harbor

Nantucket harbor is like a hidden gem of Shreveport! Since I moved to Shreveport 8 months ago for school, I have grown to love my little apartment. 1. Rent is so affordable! I am a grad student and Nantucket harbor has been so affordable for my very limited budget! 2. The neighbors are so kind! I haven’t had a bad experience with neighbors yet, and I’ve been here about 8 months. 3. The view is gorgeous! Right on cross lake!! I get to see so many different animals. White pelicans have actually migrated here and they are beautiful! 4. This complex is actually so quiet. I feel like no one knows about this area of Shreveport 10/10 would recommend Nantucket harbor!!

Don't move in here! They don't fix the property. You only get 1 parking spot. Your only aloud 2 friends over at anytime. When my lease was complete they told me I need to give a 60 day notice so I had to pay for the 60 days extra. And they didnt give me back my deposit. It's been over 30 days since I moved out. NO DEPOSIT. I cleaned the place very good too I took pictures. Do yourself a favor and don't go to nantucket harbor apts!

Me and my wife have lived here for 2 years now. All races of people live here. We have have neighbors help us move, we have fed the ducks at the pond with neighbors, met great people at dog park here, and of course everyone having fun at the pool. We all watch out for each other. No burglaries, or vehicle break ins. Very safe, very affordable, nice manager, and maintenance people come even on the weekend. Me and my wife love it here, and our grandkids and family love coming to visit.

I moved to Shreveport for a work assignment (last June), and knew absolutely nothing about the area. I read many reviews for different apartment complexes, and decided to check this place out. Brooksie was warm and welcoming. I am here to add to the many good reviews that landed me here. I absolutely loved my apartment, the people, and the ducks! I never had a problem with any theft or violence. If I needed maintenance, it was always promptly taken care of. My apartment was an oasis of peace. I became very tight-knit with my neighbors, who have become life-long friends. If you want an affordable, nice, safe place to live-please consider living here. Moved in here last Friday . The washing machine does not work , my air barely works my toilet is leaking so badly . I went to talk to management this morning they didn’t do anything and said it will be taking care off . Emergency maintenance was supposed to come out he never did . I paid rent and a move in fee over 1100 and I wasn’t helped properly . I am upset
