Lee did an amazing job getting me my home loan. Specifically, Lee asked me for my documentation and I would supply it. But, I did not feel like I was one in a hundred applicants. I always felt that he was moving my application on a daily basis. It was as if he was my personal and dedicated broker. Most important, Lee is a “straight shooter”. No “sales” or “hope pitch”. If Lee takes on your loan, you can rest assured it will close with the best deal, terms and conditions. It is very hard to trust the mortgage industry. Like everything else, you have to have the financial connections, the experience/deep knowledge base and finally the truthful character.
