Aurora Apartments - Gold River, CA

Moving here has been such a relief and one of the best decisions I've made. The entire process from start to finish has been smooth. The community itself is quiet, well maintained, and the unit is gorgeous. It is spacious, modern and immediately feels like home. Bryan and Tiffany have been absolutely fantastic and continue to be. It is the perfect fit for my children and I. Highly recommended! 10/10

I have resided at this property for over two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. This will be my final year leasing here, as the safety concerns, management issues, and overall living conditions have not improved despite repeated attempts to address them. There is a persistent security problem on the premises. Individuals experiencing homelessness frequently enter the property, dig through the trash, and camp behind the complex. Several encounters have been aggressive and threatening. When I reported one such incident to management, I was met with an unhelpful response rather than action. Although the complex advertises regular security patrols, I have not observed any presence in months, although the apartment manager says they do daily visits yet

This apartment complex was a blessing to find. I didn’t stay long because I got an opportunity to move out of city for work, but my experience here was like none other I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Tiffany and Bryan are absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive. Always available for questions. Just absolutely amazing. Leland is the best maintenance guy as well. Can’t leave him out. Robert is new but very kind and friendly. Definitely a great choice if you’re moving to Gold River!

My full review of Aurora Apartments is attached as an image due to Google's character limitations. It is a very lengthy but fair review as a former resident. My star rating feels more solid and realistic as the property is not perfect but can hopefully make improvements with time and only time will tell. So if Aurora is a property you are considering, understand that my review is not aimed to bash the property or its management team, but really provide constructive criticism and highlight the good, the bad, and maybe even the questionable overall as a property. The high quality materials used and well-thought-out interiors/amenities make this an incredible place to live. The team is super helpful and made the process easy to move in. The application process was simple and their genuine care has remained the same while we’ve been here. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting a luxury apartment without the higher cost of living downtown or other nearby cities. The two and three bedrooms truly feel like a home if you need the extra space. Otherwise, the one bedrooms are totally fine and the open concept is wonderful. There is tons of storage space in the kitchen too. The maintenance crew deserves tons of praise as well. They are very friendly and handle requests promptly.
