M&M Title

This office was fine until at closing …but then we went to file paperwork at the Caddo tax assessors office and found out that even though we closed in April 2025 it is not October 2025 and they did not transfer the title over yet. According to the Tax assessors office, they sent a letter over to M&M Title company back in May to let them know that they had mistakenly/failed to transfer title/deed … (documents still has sellers name)….. The extremely rude, and disrespectful, crude person in the office said we’ve never seen this (she didn’t even check her files), “IF” they sent it it must have gotten lost in the mail. NOT… I’m sorry.. this is our responsibility… it should have been taken care of…we apologize…we’ll get it taken care of. That person is in a closing so I’ll give it to her when

The worst place ever. I would give them a zero if I could. I will never use them again nor recommend them to any of my personal friends or business colleagues. They are friendly with you until you are locked in with them for your business transaction. They have a chick named Rachel, who is rude as hell and waaaaay to cocky. I called for advice on a transaction they handled for me because it was an unusual circumstance. My tone was extremely nice as I tried to ask my questions and her answer were extremely rude and blunt when there had never been any reason for such. I told her her attitude was unprofessional and her reply to me was, "oh well".

My wife was the seller in this instance. The paperwork was late and we were told "We have to hurry this along because our next appointment is here." No buyer or seller should be rushed because of paperwork not being available or ready due to issues caused by others. Furthermore, they did not have our Real Estate Agents payment correct. It took over a half hour to reissue a check. It was not as though there was limited time to prepare for the closing. Several months later, I called to verify some paperwork. Left a message waited three days and called again. Waited another three days. Called a let the receptionist know that this was the third time calling. Finally, talked to someone and found out that the reason for no return calls was that they could not find my name on a file.

Excellent First Time experience with this company, thanks to Kimberly Singleton! This baby here, makes stuff happen. Sprung up on her about a Quit Claim Deed and had all parties involved signing paper in the parking lot and we were done in 15 minutes! Now, that's service for your.....! Thank you so much for "squeezing" us in Kimberly, we so appreciated it and I'm making sure everyone in "Google" land knows it! You Go Girl! :)

I needed the services of M&M to close on a home owned by a recently deceased relative. Needless to say, when you don't live in the same city, this can be a challenge. M&M was one of the most professional, efficient, timely and knowledgeable title companies I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them for your real estate closing needs! Thanks Kim!!!
