Meridian Garden

I’ve lived in Kent for years, and Meridian Garden is by far my favorite place I’ve called home. The curb appeal is always so nice and well kept, and my apartment is so cozy and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Katie in the office is always so welcoming and kind, offering snacks and refreshments with a smile whenever I stop by. The maintenance team is just as great! They’re quick to respond whenever I put in a service request and always do an amazing job. Seriously, what a wonderful team and community. I couldn’t recommend Meridian Garden more!

Love this place. Older buildings, sure, but that seems the norm for the area. The people are nice, the property is clean. HOME IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT PEOPLE. Control what you can and make your place as nice as you want. Also, i see comments about cops being there? Never seen a cop car, never had any issues of the sort. Meridian is one of my favorite places ive ever lived.

I see reviews below about parking etc - Issues like that happen anywhere you live. I moved to Meridian last year, and one of my questions EVERYWHERE i toured was about parking and every single property said its first come first serve. Sadly, thats the nature of the beast. The office girls are so sweet and kind, and so nice to my dog. The property always looks amazing and i love being able to just walk in the loop on the property.. its pretty especially this time of year and its clean (shocker that most properties arent taken care of). My maintenance requests are always handled QUICK, which I appreciate. Couldnt ask for better people. I will be renewing for another year here because this place feels like home. RENT HERE!!!

We have lived here for almost a year. Management has been nothing but kind, companionate and understanding of any situation brought to attention. The current manager (Clohey) has been nothing short of amazing. Always fixing any problem or concern we may have with the complex/our apartment and she is always on top of every situation around the complex. Parking is a bit of a pain from time to time, but we were made aware of that by management many times before signing the lease. The car port spots are plenty big to fit a full size f150 on 35s with a leveling kit and still have room to walk between cars. I know this because I have done it several times, in multiple different car port spots. We were also made aware of the consequences that would come if we did not follow the complexes parking

Already had an attempted break in my vehicle from the neighbor that parks next to me and apparently the "Cameras" the property has is only on the front entrance, not on any ones vehicle or properties, other than that outside the apartments apparel wise looks nice I guess.. Going inside TONS of quick fix it things like the 4 layers of vinyl under the kitchen sink, there's a nasty leak which I've taken care of myself but it just keeps happening, ( Entire garbage disposable assembly was loose and spitting scum water when in use or not.. bathroom faucet seal was never installed with silicone ( leaving it, not my problem ) Both sinks are not properly sealed and flushed onto counters causing water to be trapped and mold to grow, ( Also leaving it) Upon move in we had broken parts in our toile
