McEwen Northside Apartments

We’ve been so pleased with our experience here at McEwen Northside! We moved into the Phase II/4018 Aspen Grove Dr building in July and are loving it. The neighborhood is great: very walkable with easy access to shopping and restaurants. And the apartment complex is beautiful! - The amenities here are top notch (the gym, the barista, the wide variety of gathering spaces🥰🥰🥰)! - The design details within our unit and the complex itself are gorgeous. - I’ve had very good experiences with the maintenance staff (Chris is amazing), the concierge and management office. - The building is quiet and well kept☺️.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service provided by your concierge, Letikka Finney. She is truly exceptional. Every time I’m in the mall area, she greets me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. She consistently goes above and beyond…. from assisting with picking up packages to ensuring everything is delivered and placed exactly where it needs to be. Before Letikka arrived, I frequently experienced issues with missing deliveries. Since she’s taken on this role, every single item has been accounted for and handled with care. Her dedication and attention to detail have made a remarkable difference, and I am deeply grateful for the high level of service she provides.

We absolutely love the coffee counter, Latonya is so amazing! Besides the delicious coffee and matchas, she is so sweet and fun to talk with and starts your day off with such a positive experience! It's one of our favorite parts of living at McEwen!

I love living in this beautiful complex. Been here for 2 years and it just keeps getting better. New building with more amenities!!! 1st class all the way! Great to walk to fantastic restaurants and of course Jeni’s Ice Cream. Staff always meets you with a smile, Darci did my lease and Emily takes care of me when I have a problem!!!

Ellie Murphy and Emily and Darcy are FANTASTIC!! We have been so so blessed to get to work with Ellie firsthand throughout the entire discovery and rental process!! Ellie Murphy has gone above and beyond to help us in all the best ways in leading up to becoming a McEwen resident! She is so professional, Knowledgeable and so kind and patient. She has shown so much understanding and patience and has been so flexible with her time for us!! We cannot have asked to be treated any better than we have been.
