I could not find my appraisal report from 2014. I sent an email to see if by any chance that this company would have the original appraisal. I sent this email on a Sunday the very next morning John McDermott and his team sent me the full appraisal report and I am very grateful for this quick communication as this is necessary to prove to my insurance company that the insurance company is over stating my square footage. I would like to thank John and his team for such quick communication and providing the necessary appraisal report to me. I’ll be using them again when we sell this house shortly. Taking them to court. They don't respond to email or calls. They missed water meter disconnected, no fire alarms, and a flooded basement. You don't need a home inspection to see the basement is flooded. Under VA loans they have to inspect for minimum requirements. So if you'd like to make this a class action law suit, I'd love to hear from you. From the review alone I can see some people could use some money back. Court is on the 22nd and it looks like I will have to pay a police officer to serve him since they are dodging the priority mail as well. Post a review and I will use your review as evidence in court. Thank you

Run, I suggest you run from this appraiser. My lender hired him to do my appraisal for my mortgage. Two weeks they are trying to get in touch with him to finalize something. This is going to cause my closing to be delayed. He is not responding at all. More interesting, look his license up on the PA professional licensing site. He has four disciplinary actions on his license. Including a $5000 fine. Very easy to find. This is his pattern. If you need an appraisal done, and completed, don’t hire this company.

This guy appraised my home over 3 weeks ago. Now he will not return my phone calls. He will also not respond to my mortgage lender. Now my entire deal is held up by this company who refuses to answer the phone.
