I was selling my coach house in Newberry Estates. I am a real estate agent and I knew I could easily sell it myself, but I live in Texas for at least half the year. I was going to wait but then Susan Borosky, a realtor, called me from Century 21 - Shavertown and persuaded me to think about using Century 21 to sell my property. I did not know her and was a little uncertain. I am the type that if you want something done right; do it yourself. This was a rental and I was not sure I wanted to sell. It needed a furnace; heat and a new central Air Conditioning System. She was very patient and she also lives in Newberry so she knows the property and understands the residents and life there, in general. I finally decided to go with it and I think I made it as hard as possible for her to sell it.
