Whitney Wrobleski is THE best!!!! My husband and I had first met her when we bought a home in Dallas. She was helpful and down-to-earth, and we instantly liked her. Flash forward about six years later, and we sought her to sell the same home because my husband had gotten a job out of the area. She did a fabulous job of finding interested buyers and worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the terms of the contract once a buyer was found. The process didn't take long either. She found buyers within a couple of weeks!! And she made sure everything went smoothly! Please stay away from this business. I will say, that from before I listed with Jon Nelson, who I only listed with because he was very helpful when he worked for Benchmark as a mortgage broker, two agents tried to get me to let them list my property even after I told them I was planning on working with a different Century 21 agent. He was not available to personally handle our house, so we called Jon. From the beginning, we told him the reason we did not use the other agent, who Jon knew, and he told us not to worry, that he would handle everything. We did everything he suggested to list our property, and he told us not to worry about anything, he only sells properties as is. He came to our house with a brand new agent to sign the agent agreement. He assured us that she was only shadowing

Our realtor Ben was fantastic. My husband & I were first time homebuyers, and Ben helped us find our dream home. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions, no matter how big or small. You're missing out if you don't have him in your corner through the home buying process! I would highly recommend him, whether you are buying or selling a home!

I requested a showing of a property on century 21’s website and was contacted by Ron Wilson. Ron told me it was company policy to not show anyone a home until they are pre-approved for a loan. This wasn’t a home that required a pre-approval, and you don’t need to be pre-approved or provide a statement of funds until an offer, which I wouldn’t make until I was shown the home. Further, by that policy, you couldn’t purchase a home with Century 21 with cash, because “policy” requires pre-approval on a loan. I was later contacted by the listing agent who offered to show me the home, so it seems as though it isn’t “company policy,” but Ron Wilson’s policy to not do his job. I called Century 21 to tell them about Ron’s policy and my call was never returned.
