Marion Court Apartments

I've lived here for about a year and a half. I've watched the care for this place improve since the new management company took over. There's landscapers that come every so often now. The new management actually lets us have stuff on our porches. If I had any complaints, it'd be the ants.

I've lived here since I was 13, it started out pretty good but recently a different company took over and they have so far been neglectful of their tenants needs and do the cheapest repairs (that professionals should be doing) with a mainatnce man that doesn't really want to his job and often complains about having to do so. Manager has also replaced rec room furniture brand new, and no one is allowed to use it. They took our kids play ground out about 3 years ago and have yet to replace it, and have then asked us that our kids outside toys cannot be on our personal porches, giving our kids nothing to do while they are outside. All in all is a comfy place, could do with way better management and use of funds. This place cares more about your outside than they do about what is actually wron
