Eastwynd Apartments

I recently rented an apartment in Eastwynd. At first sight apartment appeared very clean with fresh paint, new carpet. There was a strong sweet odor the manager said was a "bubble gum" bomb deodorizer.Three days later after moving most of my household items in, upon opening the front door strong odor of mold or mildew was present. This began a two-month "adventure" of management trying to remove the source of the odor. I did not physically move into the apartment. The odor regenerated overnight for two months. Then the owner of the building, Olympic Management Company in Fife sent the "boss" who conveniently could smell nothing! I paid rent for the month of September, and 10 days into October the apartment was still reeking with this odor. Then I was presented with a 30day notice to vacate

The building is kept very clean. Many of the units have been updated with fresh paint, carpet and appliances. We value our residents and do everything we can to provide a clean, safe place to live.

This is the second time I have lived in this complex. I have found it to be a friendly and clean place. The manager is friendly but professional. There is limited parking due to the location of the building. There is parking off grounds. The management is working on making this building a community. I appreciate the efforts of the management in upgrading the building, ie: lighting, the community room with a TV and soda machine, the back yard to be worked on by the residents who want to upgrade. My mom lives here and loves it. The management is great and they go above and beyond to create a real sense of community. It is clean and the grounds are well maintained.

Management is transforming the building into a friendly and welcoming community. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are knowledgeable and professional.
