The Vineyards Apartments

All the staff gets an easy 5 stars. The quiet, safe nature of this community combined with very nice, up-to-date apartment homes was enough for me to want to live here. However, I would have had to look elsewhere if Lori hadn't pulled some strings to get me here. She made some magic happen and for that I am extremely grateful. She (and her assistant; sorry I forgot your name!) is super friendly, has a bubbly personality, and is excellent at her job and making others feel welcome. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance does great work and is on time. Arguably the best (out of seven) apartment community I've been a part of and you will love living here. Just have some common sense and don't keep your car parked in an unauthorized spot for over a week. Right Lori?

I'm not the type to post reviews online but that's how furious I am with this apartment. First of all, employees were very courteous and responsive. I am just frustrated with their policy and management. When we first moved in, we went through the check in process where we were able to look for discrepancies and note them in the check in inspection. Thats was good. 4 months after I rented, I noticed mold starting to grow in the bedroom ceiling and we noticed a dark spot around the area where the mold is growing which to me obviously looked like a cover up of whatever that was causing the mold or the mold itself. I told the maintenance and he told me to clean it up with vinegar and let him know when things got worse. I said ok and it didn't seem to get worse in that spot beacuse we ke

One of the cleanest complexes I have lived at, very tucked away with tons of green space. The office and maintenance are very quick to respond to concerns or requests. Neighbors are all respectful and quiet for the most part. Parking has never been an issue. I have now lived there on two separate occasions and both experiences were positive.

So I've noticed that a lot of these reviews are a lot older with the quote on quotes black mold issue it's really not an issue anymore considering the fact that I've lived there for almost going on a year never once seen black mold I just do the normal cleaning every single time I've had a maintenance issue or I've had a yard issue like a light being pointed at my window spotlight they were able to fix it and I was able to go on my way. Great staff and location. I havent had a single issue with the place nice neighbors understanding staff look forward to continue renting with them till I buy my own house

I enjoy living in the vineyards apartments, and management has been super helpful along with maintenance. Anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve contacted management and maintenance has addressed it within a day or two. they have been super respectful and maintenance has gone out of the way to make sure I’m comfortable with them entering my apartment when I’m not there.
