These apartments are terrible and the people in the leasing office do not make it any better. I transferred from an upstairs unit to a downstairs unit and the process for that was draining. My account with the complex got messed up stating I had owed back rent and I didn't I spoke to the leasing manager regarding the issue and was told my account was messed up and it will be fixed; just to get an eviction notice on my door. It took two whole months till the issue was fixed. The downstairs units floods when it rains very heavy, and I have been sending emails to the leasing manager with pictures regarding the issue and nothing was done to help the problem just excuses after excuses. There are potholes in the parking lot that was there before the renovations that was never fix, and one pothol

The management team works with your needs well. The area is nice, and the remodels really bring out the charm of the complex. The maintenance crew is quick to fix whatever problems may occur, so you can comfortably rely on them. Ill miss staying here!

Main point: Record all conversations with staff Sent us to collections because we "didn't give proper notice" of vacating the unit. Why is the burden of proof of that on a tenant? How do we even prove they can't produce a document? Got threaten with police when I attempted to straighten this out at the office, was told it was due to my threatening tone. Thankfully they had already shown themselves to be dishonest in conducting business and I had a camera facing me the entire time. The collections amount is less than $2 from leaving small claims court and moving to claims court. Enjoy waiting for the only access road to be repaired. Hope it's expensive.

Pest control should be MANDATORY! Residents should not have to ask for pest control. It should be once a month. It should not be an issue, and the unit should be handled correctly in the event of an infestation etc, because people move in and out. A tenant should be notified by a letter on how management is going to handle the situation. Complexes make too much money for residents to cry and worry because pest situations are not being taken seriously and have pests crawling on them at night and making them feel uncomfortable, with no notification on how it will be handled to live comfortably. Please understand residents are human and make mistakes. The most important part is that you learn from those mistakes. It has become a very messy place to live. Neighbors watch and call the office on

First of all I wouldn't of gave any stars I only did because Google required to give at least one star. Myself and two sons moved in here for a very short period of time actually breaking the lease the apartment was not ready for move in first of all it had ants and roaches, cracks, rain water coming into one of the bedrooms window, dishwasher was nasty and maintenance had the nerve to tell me how to clean it that wasn't my job I was the move in tenant, blinds were broken and on floor . Office knew about the ants and roaches I called never saw not one pest control. I'm so glad to be out of there. It was not ready on my move in date and it was horrible. Then had the nerve to keep my security deposit I'm going to court soon with all my evidence.
