Maples Place Apartments

Stayed in the cornerstone apartments located at the west Neal street. Wonderful experience. Megan is very sweet and everything we asked for was resolved quickly. Best apartments to stay in commerce.

I lived in maple place for 2.5 years. It was the best experience I have had renting. Meagan was always on top of any issues I had, and was always very kind! Problems were fixed as soon as possible, and to a great standard! I always felt safe in the area, even as a young lady! The only reason I am moving is because I am moving to a house! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place in commerce!

I’ve lived here for a year. The owner, Dwayne, is SO nice, and the property manager, Megan, is AWESOME. Any time I have something that needs to be fixed or an issue, she takes care of it quickly and efficiently. The maintenance man, Juan, is also very friendly and respectful—when my water heater went out and he needed to be in and out of my apartment, he let me know when he would be coming and going. One day, he even offered to help me fix my car! Not only is the staff great, but the units are really pretty—wood floors, nice paint, nice appliances—and it feels very safe. As a single woman who lives alone (well, alone with a little dog), I’m SO glad I found Maple Place!

I have lived here for a year and love it! The property manager has always been kind, attentive, and helpful! I have had to call her late at night for a water issue and she came right away. These are nice, safe, and affordable apartments! I have never met the owners but they seem very involved.

Maple Place Apartments is a great place to live! I lived there when I was in college and now both of my kids live there. Being across from the college is a huge plus. Maple Place has always been a safe, well-maintained place to live. I recommend Maple Place Apartments as both a former tenant and a parent of students.
