Commerce Garden Apartments

I stayed here for three years, and the units were excellent. The landlord was also very kind and accommodating. Whenever an issue came up in the units, they made sure it was fixed promptly.

The landlord was awesome! Always available if any issues occurred, she had great communication. Great apartment, perfect for college students. Has washer & dryer in-unit. Would recommend to others!

This is an amazing place to call home. The owner is amazing. I was on a really hard time living in a motel room for about a month. I called her and she worked with me and my husband to get into a unit to call home. She’s a very reasonable person and she takes pride in how her units look. If you’re looking for a place to call home there is no better place then the commerce gardens.

I am so pleased with my experience at Commerce Gardens. The property manager is kind and responsible and is a great communicator. The apartment complex itself is clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly. The perfect place to call home in Commerce :).

I have never had a problem getting an issue resolved. She was very willing to work with me on several matters. When I let her know certain things made me uncomfortable she was willing to adjust. She always speaks when we sees me and I appreciate her service.
