The apartments looked amazing. They're more affordable to live in, especially for students who are going to school. The rent is reasonable and it also helps with your budget. The landlords are really nice and understanding; they are eager and willing to help their residents. Definitely worth looking into for future references if you are looking for a budget-friendly cost of living.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve lived here for two years and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Any issue I’ve had in my home was taken care of within minutes, and the maintenance team is always quick and professional. The property is kept very clean and well-maintained, which makes it a nice and comfortable place to live. I really appreciate the care and attention management puts into the community. Highly recommend!

Ive lived in three separate apartments owned by this company. The first was the most bare and basic. Moved for the pricing and location and it wasn't bad. Second one was just a few buildings over. 2 bed 1 bath. The bathroom floor panels were coming up and revealing mold from a previous apartment flood they told us they had fixed. I thought it would end there, but unfortunately not. Moved to the 3rd place a few blocks away. Looked nicer and cleaner.. this place is a facade. Yes, the apartment itself is nicer and cleaner than previous, but this is also where we get our car keyed, weed billowing into the apartment through the air ducts and our entire place smells like a hot box, neighbors yelling at the top of their lungs in a fight with each other and slamming into walls so hard, the picture

Women especially, do not move in here. I could talk about the poor quality of the apartment, and the bugs and shitty construction but my worst issue here was their lack of security. I had a stalker situation and it took almost 5 months for me to resolve this issue, after multiple resident reports and 2 police phone calls, the only time they did anything was when I finally put something in writing. I was so disappointed especially since the complex is run by women! This living was so terrible from all aspects I barely lasted the year.

Coming back to edit- the last 6 months this place has completely gone to trash. They let anyone in. If you want your packages stolen, your car vandalized, constant drug activity and management who doesn’t care- then this is the place for you. So I think some of the reviews are a little biased. Yes, management is strict with their guidelines in your lease, but YOU signed it. I can say I did have some issues with the bathroom in my previous unit, and I got upset and felt as though it wasn’t handled appropriately, but it was quickly addressed by all parties involved and I definitely over reacted. Tara and Vickie are very blunt, that can be taken as rude, but once you see how they work it definitely isn’t. They are business people and handle the properties as such. This is an older town with
