Patty and Hillary are the best apartment managers I've ever had. They are always friendly and responsive, and truly care about the residents and the property. Any maintenance request or handle quickly and professionally, It makes living here real pleasure.

Hated it. Management is prejudice and super nosey and controlling. If she judge a visitor as homeless or black she will kick the tenant out.

My Style of living is to go to work and come home. I like to be kind of invisible. Amd the office people that anybody would like to deal with is a woman named Patty. She is so lovely very humble and humanly! And I send lots of respect and thanks to her For alway s handling any type of problems Professionally & never being negative. & shout out to the maintenance

Apartment was clean and well organized, the complex used to be a hotel; it was remodeled and didn’t have electronic gate, but it helps to keep complex safer, and keeps just anyone from walking in, if they’re not a tenant. Also, I really do notice it is more peaceful and quiet overall, it’s nice during evening hours when you want peace and calm, I would recommend staying at this complex.

If you are looking for a safe place to live, this isn't it. The apartment manager will direct anyone looking for you straight to your apartment without a second thought, knocking on your door loudly announcing your name.
