Monterey Station Apartments

So far so good! But of a rocky start but the staff helped me find a unit that was more suitable for my daughter and I. The staff is really nice including the maintenance crew and plant manager. I also love getting to know downtown Pomona better and have enjoyed the Thursday & Sunday food trucks and pop up booths located across the street at the YMCA. Not my forever home, but a great until then spot.

Absolutely awful. One star is being generous. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Management was beyond useless from the moment we signed the lease until the very end. We only stayed for a one-year term, and I genuinely wish we hadn’t. Management does not answer calls or emails. Every time I managed to get through, I was told the phone lines were “being replaced”. The same excuse from when we were first trying to get the apartment all the way through move-out. Completely ridiculous. There were 4 different managers within one year. YES, 4. If that doesn’t raise red flags, then it’s perfect for you. They caused nothing but stress and difficulty during move-out. To all my girlies, If you are ready for the homeless and drugs to be at your doorstep this is the place for you! If you like poop smeared in your halls, stolen packages and DoorDash and towed cars this is for you. I reached out to them and they didn’t give a call back because I got noise complaints as I travel for work and I wasn’t present in the unit so I was just confused as them. When you sign your apartment, please keep a copy because the manager you sign with will be different from when you move out girlies!

I have been living here for the past year. I love it here. I just got in to another unit a bigger one and the manager Stacey had helped me out and she went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to get in order to receive a bigger and nicer unit. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and very versatile. She does her job and also others. She is part of why I enjoy living her and wanted to stay longer. If I need anything I go to her and she gets it done, and if she can’t she will find the person to get it done. The maintenance is outstanding especially Jose H. Whenever I need maintenance done I ask him and he never hesitates to help me out. He knows how to do all the work I have needed to be done. *******UPDATE ****** Posting an update because, even after leaving my original review and receiving a response, the issue remains unresolved. Their reply asked me to “contact the office,” which is honestly frustrating and unacceptable. I have already tried to communicate in every possible way. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was always told they were unavailable. The only person I have been able to speak with is the managers’ assistant. It has now been over a week since I was told my $200 would be refunded, and nearly two weeks since I have been waiting for any email confirmation or return phone call. I have received absolutely no communication. At this point, the lack of follow up makes it feel like my money is simply being ignored while I’m being told to reach out yet ag
