5-stars for post-sale customer service (3-star for the quality of the home?: The best part of the whole purchase experience was working with my customer service representative, Derek Friedman. He was well-trained, attentive to my concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. While other big home builders focus on sales, perks, and exterior packages that may appeal to their prospective home buyers, the quality of their customer service (post sales) is poor. Van Daele Homes has set a high industry standard for customer service. It was a good experience. However, the quality of the home is average which I will give a 3-star.
