Well we thought we had a good experience 3years ago, until we went to sell our home and found out this company never completed the purchase of our home with the courts. 3 years later our home is still in the sellers name. Not impressed. Of course no ownership is taken and only finger pointing to someone else. Will NOT be using them to close this time. I encourage buyers/seller to double check and make sure your home is in the correct persons name.
