Yasmin is amazing property manager at Magnolia point Apartments. She got me in there quickly and I am so thankful for her! Great place for kids and pets! Large apartments and friendly relaxed neighborhood! Thanks Yasmin!!!

Very happy with the costumers assistance the lady Yasmin Trabal at the office in the 1 and a few months I been here always been there to help in anything we require such as apt maintenance and more. She even explain about the $50 dollar every month if paid before the first of every month. Now I'm on my second year of leasing and lovey $100 discount every month if paid before the first of each month. I saw her doing her walks every day and if we have any questions she always looks for for the best solution to help in any assistance for Tennant. To the building complex I give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But to her for the professional way she's there to find a solution to Tennant need she always there so to her I give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star on professionalism This review has been made by Tennant in building C-1

Yasmin from the Panama City FL apartments is amazing... she is very polite and professional and helped us get my brother in law into a place quickly... she has a wonderful attitude and everytime im in the building she is out walking the complex and checking in on the apartments... any questions I needed answered she was able to answer and any concerns she has handled to my standard... I think she is a great property manager and I think she's an asset to the complex.

I've been living here for a while, and my experience has been very positive. The apartments are well-maintained, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the management team is always helpful and professional. The location is very convenient—close to stores, schools, and other important places in the city. The common areas like the parking lot, laundry room, and green spaces are always clean and well taken care of. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable place with a good atmosphere, I definitely recommend these apartments.

The location to this apartment is right in the government district, schools, churches, government entities etc. The staff members are amazing individuals who care deeply about every community member. The all know us by names and apartments. Each tenant needs are addressed privately and promptly. The environment is clean and well- kept. Warm and friendly neighbors who are polite and helpful. Magnolia Pointe Apartment is one of the best housing complex in Panama City. I lived here for almost three years. I enjoyed being here!
