Lynch Appraisal Services

Kevin was very easy to work with. I needed an appraisal quickly and he was able to deliver in under two weeks! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Lynch appraisal services is awesome!

Would NOT recommend this Appraisal Service. We tried to get an appraisal from this company since June and while we understood the 3 week delay in time to schedule, we received no call back. After several calls to this company and promises of return calls, we did not hear back from them. The company told us they were in our area once a week they still did not complete the job, after they acknowledged it was "on the list." While we would forgive a delay for whatever reason, it is highly recommended and professional to return calls, keep the customer informed, and follow up with them. Communication is all that we asked and they did not give us the courtesy of that at all. Disappointing.

This is a 3 rd generation local business. I was very happy with their services. I found Lynch appraisal to be very responsive and professional. I highly recommend!!
